The short version: the builder is free, your CV stays yours, and the service comes as is.
The service
CvKit provides a free CV builder that runs entirely in your web browser. By using the site you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
Your content
Everything you type is processed and stored on your own device and is never uploaded to us. You keep every right to your CV and the documents you export, and you are responsible for the accuracy of what you put in them.
Acceptable use
Use the builder only for lawful purposes. Don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it abusively, or circumvent the advertising that keeps it free.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Rendering and PDF output depend on your browser and device; always review the exported PDF before sending it, and keep a backup of your data file.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the site, including lost data. Browser storage can be cleared by your browser or by you, so download a data file backup of anything important. Your sole remedy is to stop using the service.
Advertising & third parties
The site shows ads served by Google AdSense; how data is used for ads is described in the privacy policy. Ads link to third-party sites we don't control.
Changes
We may update these terms or change or discontinue the builder at any time. The current version is always published on this page.
